Zo! - ...Just Visiting Three

It was just last week upon receipt of my Dear Friends: An Evening w/The Foreign Exchange CD/DVD where I watched Phonte speak about this project, and today in my inbox there it was.  Zo! dropped his third installment of the ...Just Visiting series, and if you've followed from the beginning, you already know what to expect - pure musical bliss. Everyone's commenting about "Marzipan," which is no doubt a gem, but I really appreciate the jazzy vibe interpretation of  "Let it Go" in comparison to the funked out original by Pages. Give it a listen, then get yours here

The Foreign Exchange - Maybe She'll Dream of Me

I didn't expect a drop this soon, but I'm not complaining either way. Back again is the incredible duo of Phonte & Nicolay better known as The Foreign Exchange with their 1st single from their upcoming 3rd album Authenticity dropping October 12th. Aiming to push their creative juices another step forward "Maybe She'll Dream of Me" begins with a cinematic opening then flows into quirky electronic laser bounces backed by a mellow baseline. Pre-orders for the album I'm sure will come in the next couple of weeks as will another single, so enjoy this for now until the album drops. For more info about the album click here

Yahzarah - Why Doncha Call Me No More (Official Video)

Yahz drops some vibrant visuals to her 80's inspired lead single. Get ready to feel energized, and if you're a product of the 80's, you'll surely appreciate this blast from the past themed video. Also, if you have yet to  purchase The Ballad of Purple Saint James, don't waist another second. The album is phenomenal and amongst my top 5 for 2010 releases.
